RINGWOOD PEST CONTROL ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY STATEMENT

 SECTION 1 Purpose of this Document

 The purpose of this document is to set out the commitment in regard to environmental protection. It affords a publicly available endorsed statement indicating the scope, commitment and objectives of management in regard to this topic. The policy summarizes the methods of controlling waste and managing activities in such a manner as to reduce environmental effects and comply with all relevant regulatory requirements.

SECTION 2 Statement of Managements Commitment

 I recognize that environmental issues are of fundamental importance in a successful and responsible business strategy. I will take any reasonable and practicable steps to prevent, minimize or render harmless the effect of operation's activities and products on the environment. Wayne Tykocki 

SECTION 3 Statement of Policy

 We are committed to ensuring that its operations comply with the existing legislation. We aim to prevent, minimize or render harmless the effect of activities and products upon the environment. We will strive to use products, which have the minimum environmental impact during use and subsequent disposal. Management is aware of both its duty of care so far as current legislation is concerned and also of its long-term duty towards the planet and future generations. We fully support actions such as the Montreal Protocol, the Rio Earth Summit and the Kyoto Enterprise to prevent or minimize activities which may effect global temperatures, lead to depletion of the ozone layer, produce acid rain or otherwise disrupt and exhaust the Earth's life support systems. We will our use of primary energy sources in such a manner as to ensure efficient utilization in all departments. Systems have been adopted to minimize waste and to adequately control on-site consolidation and waste disposal activities. We undertake to train and educate the workforce in the relevant aspects of environmental best practices. We will seek expert guidance from third parties where in house recourses are considered to be in adequate. We will undertake to review of this policy document every two years.

SECTION 4 Allocated responsibility

 The management are responsible for ensuring that this policy is accepted implemented and co-operated with by any employees/pest control operatives or sub-contractors and  have a responsibility to ensure that the objectives as laid out in this policy document are fulfilled.
